Baby Anderson James Newberry

Our new nephew, Anderson James Newberry was born October 30, 2006. He weighed in at 6lbs 40z and was 19 inches long. Apparently, he has slept through the night since birth and has only cried a few times (when he gets cold during his bath). We can't wait to meet him!!

For those of you who don't know, his parents are Deanna's brother, Derek and his wife Susan...

Halloween 2006

Christian was a pirate this year... Matt was a little concerned about the ruffles, but he still looked very handsome... He actually got to wear it three times- once at Chucky Cheese's, once at Mommy and Me and then of course on Halloween... We took him around our neighborhood with Mikey and Aliyah... Due to an injury, poor Mikey had to ride in the stroller the whole time... Later that night Matt tried to fake a leg injury so I'd push him around the neighborhood...

Christian loved going up to all the houses, but unfortunately he kept trying to go inside!! He also didn't quite understand the concept of candy and kept trying to give his candy back to the homeowners... After a while he caught on and really enjoyed his first taste of candy (ever)- we gave him Nerds and M&M's...

All in all, it was a fun Halloween!!! Much more exciting for him this year than last!!!
