slow day
Christian had a slower day today, only 1/10th of an ounce gain, but at least it's a gain; that's the important thing.
A scrapbook, if you will, of the Porricelli family.

It's only day four and Christian is now up to 3lbs 9.6 oz. I have been having sympathy gains as well. He's doing so well the doctor said he could be home within a week.
Christian has been eating like a true Porricelli; so much so that they have taken out his IV of sugar water. He has gained 1.8 oz, which I have been told is astounding for such a short time, and can almost recite the entire alphabet backwards. His jaundice has also relented. Again, we thank you for your prayers.
CSP was born on February 22, 2005 at 7:56 a.m. by C-section. He weighed all of 3lbs 6.5 oz and is, forgive me for saying so, the most beautiful baby ever to grace the earth. Once I gain a small amount of computer savvy and time, I will add more pictures and the like, but until then here is what I have. He has to gain about a pound before he can come home, which won't be too long at the rate he is going. The nurses in the NICU love him and are caring for him well. He looks just like his dad and we could not be happier with him. We love and thank you all for your prayers and thoughts.
